For hygiene and safety reasons, short shape, cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund.

Refunds are only issued under approved circumstances and are processed back to the original payment method after the claim has been reviewed and accepted.
