CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our shapewear products.
If you believe your item is defective or you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer support team. We may request clear photos or videos of the product to assess your claim.
Each request is reviewed individually. Our inspection and verification process typically takes 5 to 15 business days before a final decision is made.
If your claim is approved, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another suitable solution at our discretion.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to contact@velbody.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
